It is proven that children who are immersed early in a foreign language develop rapidly a particular ease to express themselves in a spontaneous and natural way in that language. Numerous studies have shown that learning several languages favour the intellectual development of a child, his open-mindedness on the world and other cultures.

The goal of the Bilinguals’ Club is to allow its young learners to develop all these faculties with the aptitude to communicate in French or English as a priority. In complement or in support to his course of study, your child will be able to immerge himself once or twice a week in French or English in a favourable environment especially lay out to encourage the practice of languages and intercultural exchanges.

Since motivation and pleasure are important parameters for all learning processes, the Bilinguals’ Club of ACACIA has been thought out to offer a pleasant and attractive dimension to learn languages. In an environment exclusively devised for them, children from the Bilinguals’ Club are first of all happy to meet their friends coming from different schools around Bangkok and, to play, to learn, to exchange and to understand each other. They will participate in languages workshop in small groups (4 to 8 children), led by an experimented teacher specialised in teaching languages to young learners.

The Bilinguals’ Club of ACACIA is divided in 3 sections for 3 age groups :

• "Little traveler" for children aged 4 to 6 years old: At this age, the child learns by playing, singing, listening to stories or participating in art and crafts or motor functions activities.

• "Globetrotter" for children aged 6 to 8 years old: At this age, the child learns the alphabet, starts to decipher and to write words and phrases. He progressively enters in the conceptualisation phrase of rules. The Bilinguals’ Club ‘s teaching methods hinges on structures, on writing as well as on verbal communication, while keeping a play and learn spirit at all time. We guide the children in their learning process of reading and writing.
  
  
• "Great explorer" for children aged 8 to 10 years old: At this age, the child is independent in reading and in writing. While remaining in the play and learn spirit and orientated towards the development of communication skills of the young learners, the teaching method turns more towards the learning of grammar rules in context and a more systematic practice in writing.
